| Below is the letter I received
from the Ocala Florida Elks Lodge Attorney Daniel Hicks in which he
essentially states that the Elks Lodge doesn't have to remove the trees
from my property or fix the damage caused by their trees.
Note: What is ironic about this is that
the United States Government does not officially recognize
"God". There is supposed to be a separation between
"church and state" so I think using "Act of God" to
avoid responsibility needs to be challenged in court.
