Here's one of the explanations I received from Ebay about why they ended
my auction and pulled my ad for "Unauthorized Copies (Copyright)"

 Dear,

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to your concerns.

It appears your item was removed correctly, but for an incorrect reason.
Please accept our apologies, and we are sorry for any confusion this may
have caused.

Your listing was removed because it violated eBay policy.  The item
appears on its face to potentially infringe a protected trademark or
brand name.  Sellers should take steps to satisfy themselves that their
items are authentic before listing them on eBay.  Sellers are
responsible for the items they sell, and selling an apparently
infringing item may lead to potential liability.   Please visit the
links below for more information on trademarks and eBay policy.

You will need to take steps to satisfy yourself about the authenticity
of your items before listing them again on eBay.  This will benefit you
in two ways.  First, you will learn which items in your inventory are
authentic, which will allow you to list those items with proof of
authenticity -- since authentic items generally are more valuable than
replicas, you will probably find that you can get a better price for the
item if you can prove or guarantee authenticity.  In addition, a
professional examination of your item will help you avoid potential
liability that could result from selling a counterfeit or otherwise
unauthorized item.

If your items are authentic and you can guarantee that they do not
infringe any copyright, trademark, or other rights, and your listing
does not violate any of eBay's listing policies, you may relist the
items.  If your items are indeed authentic, we strongly encourage you to
say so in your listing. If your item has a serial number, an
authenticity card, or other items, you may want to let potential bidders
know.

Before listing items on eBay, please keep in mind that the repeated
listing of potentially infringing items may lead to the suspension of
your eBay account.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Isabella
