Youtube Lawsuit - Sue Youtube

I am seeking an attorney to file a lawsuit against Youtube for Privacy Violations and their failure to enforce their own Term of Service

I have evidence of a video which was posted on the internet which was defaming and violated my privacy. It clearly violated YouTube's Term of Service and they failed to take any action.

I have responses from Youtubes management demonstrating contradictions and inconsistencies in their own Policy and Term of Service enforcement.

I have evidence of out of control copyright abuses, spoongebob videos posted on Youtube Illegally & modified by users with obscene language unfit for children which I flagged and youtube took no action.

I also notified YouTube of abuses and Terms of Service Violations directly through the Better Business Bureau and YouTube failed to take action.

I have a written response from youtube's management stating that Yoututbe is not intended for children under 13 yet there is NO warning of this on Youtube's main index page. 

Considering how indecent some of the content is on Youtube, there should be a VERY CLEAR X Rating warning on youtube's site.  I think any court would agree.

Here's an interesting excerpt from a USA Today article published on 03/19/2010;

"On May 10, 2006, during Google's effort to buy YouTube, Viacom says that Ethan Anderson, International Business Product Manager for Google Video, stated: "I can't believe you're recommending buying YouTube. . . . they're 80% illegal pirated content."

And it the same USA Today Article; "Viacom cites emails from YouTube co-founder Steve Chen including one where he says "if you remove the potential copyright infringements ... site traffic and virality will drop to maybe 20% of what it is."

Appearently a LOT of people wants to SUE YOUTUBE

The above search statistics were taken from Google's Keyword Tool which show that during the month on May 2011, over 60,000 people searched for the keyword phrase SUE YOUTUBE.

This proves that there is a LOT of anger and frustration over YOUTUBE

It's time to make YouTube accountable and the best way to get their attention is to file a Class Action Lawsuit against them.
